As the Fall 2022 semester begins, we want to thank the members of the Working Groups for all their hard work over the past few months, which will further Dr. Banks' commitment to advancing the academic mission of Texas A&M University. Each Working Group will submit an Implementation Memo outlining their progress and future plans. As these memos are approved they are posted to the main Working Groups web page and within each Working Group's specific web page.
We are scheduling a number of presentations across campus to share the impact and benefits of the centralization efforts in five key areas - Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness, Finance, Marketing and Communications, Information Technology, and Facilities. As time allows, we are also discussing some of the areas of focus including the new College of Arts and Science and School of Performance, Visualization & Fine Arts, Journalism, and changes to the University Libraries, Bush School and Student Health. We know that change can be challenging, but the work being done will truly make a difference in the future of Texas A&M University.
